Terms of Use

Who We Are?
Inside Brain is an independent online assessment platform operated by Inside Brain LLC. We design and operate our own assessments, which are inspired by established psychological and educational frameworks — including the Stanford-Binet five-factor cognitive model, Holland's RIASEC model, Herrmann's whole-brain model of thinking preferences, Gardner's Multiple Intelligences, and widely used attention screening dimensions.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the publishers or rights holders of those frameworks or of any commercially published instrument. We do not administer official, licensed, or clinically supervised versions of any assessment. Framework names are used descriptively to identify the models our assessments draw on, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Our assessments are provided for personal insight, education, and guidance. They are not diagnostic instruments, and they are not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified professional.

You must be of legal age and comply with all applicable laws. Our content and tools are for personal and educational use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our assessments and results is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, we're not liable for how you use the results. Results are not a substitute for professional advice. Our assessments are designed as informational and educational tools and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
Assessment results should be considered as one part of a broader understanding. Always consult licensed professionals for clinical or diagnostic decisions.
Modifications
We may update these terms, and we'll notify users of major changes. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any updates.
